How to plan a trip itinerary

  1. Set the basics— trip name, start date, who's travelling and your currency.
  2. Add each stop in order— country, city and how many nights you'll stay. Dates and day numbers update automatically, and you can reorder stops with the arrow buttons.
  3. Fill in each day— add activities to specific days with their cost, plus where you're staying and what it costs.
  4. Add travel between stops — flight, train, bus, car, ferry or on foot, with details like a flight number or departure time.
  5. Download the PDF — a print window opens; choose “Save as PDF”. Use Save file to keep an editable copy you can open again later or send to a travel partner.
