Refund Policy

Within 7 days of purchase, email support@aiseekho.pkwith your order ID and we’ll refund you in full.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you genuinely tried the course and felt it wasn’t what was promised, write to us. We almost always say yes.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard — you keep access until the end of the billing period.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we’ll refund the full month.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank transfers and JazzCash/EasyPaisa refunds typically clear within 5–7 business days. Card refunds clear within 5–10 business days.

For international purchases via Stripe, refunds clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Courses accessed via scholarship are non-refundable (you didn’t pay anything). If your circumstances change and you can’t complete the course, just let us know — there’s no penalty.

We trust our students. But if someone repeatedly buys and refunds courses, we may decline future refund requests and close the account. This applies to maybe 1 in 10,000 cases — don’t worry about it if you’re a normal human.
