Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple: if AISeekho isn't working for you, we'll give your money back. No interrogations.

Section 01

Summary

7-day full refund on any paid track or Community+ month. No reason needed.

Free intro tracksare free, so there’s nothing to refund.

Section 02

Paid tracks

Within 7 days of purchase, email billing@aiseekho.pkwith your order ID and we’ll refund you in full.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you genuinely tried the track and felt it wasn’t what was promised, write to us. We almost always say yes.

Section 03

Community+ membership

Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard — you keep access until the end of the billing period.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we’ll refund the full month.

Section 04

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank transfers and JazzCash/EasyPaisa refunds typically clear within 5–7 business days. Card refunds clear within 5–10 business days.

For international purchases via Stripe, refunds clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Section 05

Scholarship enrollments

Tracks accessed via scholarship are non-refundable (you didn’t pay anything). If your circumstances change and you can’t complete the track, just let us know — there’s no penalty.

Section 06

Refund abuse

We trust our students. But if someone repeatedly buys and refunds tracks, we may decline future refund requests and close the account. This applies to maybe 1 in 10,000 cases — don’t worry about it if you’re a normal human.
