What we collect
When you sign up: your name, email, password (hashed), city, and the language you prefer. When you use the platform: which lessons you complete, your project submissions, and your community posts.
When you pay: we use third-party processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Technical: device type, browser, approximate location (city-level), and anonymized analytics events. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To run the Service: serve your lessons, track your progress, issue certificates, process payments, and reply to your support emails.
To improve the platform: anonymized analytics tell us which lessons work and which don’t. Personalized recommendations stay on the server — we don’t train external models on your data.
To send you product updates and class announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime from the footer of any email.
Your rights
You can export all your data from your dashboard. You can delete your account, which permanently removes your personal data within 30 days (we keep anonymized aggregate analytics).
You can correct or update any personal info from your profile. You can opt out of marketing emails while keeping transactional ones.
Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Connections are HTTPS-only. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Production access is limited to engineers with two-factor auth.
If we ever have a security incident affecting your data, we’ll notify you by email within 72 hours.
Children
AISeekho is for users 13 and over. If you’re under 18, you need parental consent. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13 — if we discover we have, we delete it.
International users
AISeekho is hosted in Pakistan and the EU (Vercel + AWS). By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in these regions.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we’ll notify you 30 days in advance via email and an in-app banner. For minor edits (clarifications, typos), we’ll just update the “last updated” date above.
