For the most reliable previews, download the PNG, upload it to your own site and use that URL in og:image instead.

What is an OG image?

An Open Graph (OG) image is the picture social apps show when someone shares your link. Pages with a clear, readable OG image get noticeably more clicks than a plain text link — useful for blog posts, portfolio projects, Gumroad products and Upwork case studies.

How to use it

  1. Type your headline, an optional subtitle, your name and your website.
  2. Pick a colour preset and check the live preview.
  3. Tap Download PNG, upload the file to your site, and point your og:image meta tag at it.

Tips for a good share image

  • Keep the title under about 60 characters so it stays large and readable on phones.
  • Use the subtitle for the promise or outcome, not a repeat of the title.
  • After publishing, test your link with a preview checker such as the LinkedIn Post Inspector or Facebook Sharing Debugger — they cache old images, so re-scrape after changes.
